First offense- I charge 50% of the service that you had booked if it’s less than 24 hours notice Second offense- 100% of the service you had booked if it’s less than 24 hours notice. Future appointments will require a deposit non refundable. 15 minute Grace period- I will give you a 15 min grace period anything further 100% of the services booked will be charged.
